Privacy Policy

What Spark²Plan stores, who processes it, and how you stay in control of your data.

Last updated: July 6, 2026

1. Who we are

Spark²Plan is a project-planning and scheduling web application operated by Spark²Plan (Paolo Taverna), based in Québec, Canada, and available at spark2plan.com. This policy explains what personal data the service collects, why, and what happens to it. Questions or requests: support@spark2plan.com.

2. What we collect and store

We do not collect data we do not need. There is no advertising, no ad tracking, no sale of personal data, and no third-party analytics or tracking scripts on the app.

3. Cookies and local storage

Spark²Plan does not use tracking cookies. The app keeps your session and preferences (for example, your login session, theme, and layout settings) in your browser's localStorage, strictly so the app functions. Clearing your browser storage signs you out and resets those preferences.

4. Service providers (processors)

We rely on a small number of infrastructure providers to run the service. Each processes data only as needed to provide their function:

5. How long we keep data

Account and project data is kept for as long as your account exists. Subscription records are kept as long as needed for billing and legal/accounting obligations.

6. Data deletion and your rights

You can request a copy of your data or the deletion of your account and all associated project data at any time by emailing support@spark2plan.com from the address on your account. Deletion requests are honored promptly, subject only to records we are legally required to retain (for example, billing records).

7. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with our hosting providers' security controls. Passwords are stored only as hashes. No internet service can guarantee absolute security; if we become aware of a breach affecting your personal data, we will notify affected users without undue delay.

8. Children

Spark²Plan is a professional tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
